Taylor on the ‘Gossip Girl’ set in Downtown today

Up bright and early for the start of another work week, Taylor Momsen was looking adorable as she headed to set of “Gossip Girl” in Downtown, NYC on Monday (December 14). Wearing a short skirt and garters, the 16-year-old Jenny Humphrey headed straight to her trailer to get prettied up before stepping out for the day’s shoot.
