Chace Crawford has sparked rumors that he has dumped his ‘Gossip Girl’ co-star Taylor Momsen in order to pursue a relationship with British singer Leona Lewis. Crawford has a part in the music video for Lewis’ new single ‘I Will Be,’ and a source says the pair flirted with each other while working on the video.
According to a source, Lewis “couldn’t resist flirting with Chace” on set.
“Even when the shoot was finished, Chace and Leona hung out. You could tell Chace really liked her, and it looked like the feelings were mutual,” the source added.
Lewis has been dating her boyfriend, Lou Al-Chamaa, since childhood. Crawford has previously dated American Idol champ Carrie Underwood and was recently linked to Momsen.

Gossip Girls star Chace Crawford is rumored to be dating co-star Taylor Momsen after both were reportedly seen sneaking to smooch at a party. Crawford, 23, was spotted kissing co-star Taylor Momsen during a holiday party in Manhattan New York City, the NYPost reported on December 10. Crawford’s representative denied the report.
Meanwhile, the new issue of Your Prom magazine has an interview with country singer Taylor Swift where she confesses to thinking of Crawford as a dream date. Swift recently broke up with boyfriend Joe Jonas from the teen band the Jonas Brothers.

Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen and Chace Crawford are reportedly dating after her recent battle with a “life-threatening throat infection“.
Taylor and Chace are rumored to be dating. Meanwhile, the actress is reportedly fronting a new band. The 15-year-old told friends all about her fledgling group while watching Blondie singer Debbie Harry perform at the Manhattan Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Tuesday, according to the New York Post. And despite being hospitalised with a severe throat condition in October, Momsen is desperate to follow in the footsteps of her TV co-star Leighton Meester and launch her own music career.
A source tells the newspaper, “She looked just like a rocker and kept talking about her band.”

Spotted: Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen donning a leopard coat and talking about “Chace” (presumably meaning Crawford) on W 22nd St (Momsen supposedly lives in Chelsea). Apparently Little J’s style has had a bit of influence of previously child-star-style-tastic Momsen. Momsen was also donning large celebrity-esque sunglasses.
Though Taylor is, in my opinion, the second most fabulous female star on the show (first being Leighton Meester, of course), she’s done little to propel herself to total stardom. Her costar Blake Lively, who’s on the cover of W Magazine’s December issue, has been all over the place, and even Ed Westwick snagged himself some publicity via an ad campaign with K Swiss.
Does Taylor perhaps wish to propel herself in a different direction than that of her costars? Earlier this year, Momsen signed with IMG Models, and recently, she graced the cover of Crash Magazine wearing crazy makeup and overdone eyebrows reminiscent of the Jonas Brothers. A quick visit to the IMG website reveals Taylor might just have what it takes to make it in the modeling world. Girlfriend’s got the coltish look with legs that go on for miles, and her test shots aren’t half bad. We might just be on to something…
The question remains, however, whether Taylor can really move a product. That is, she’s pretty and all, and she know show to throw a teenaged hissy fit way better than an other star her age (see: Jenny Humphrey storming out of her family’s Brooklyn loft onto the streets of DUMBO), but can she sell a $5,000 bag?
Guess we’ll just have to see where Little J ends up. Remember, Taylor, the modeling industry may be pretty on the outside, but it’s what’s on the inside that counts, and the inside of the industry isn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Just wanted to warn you.

Taylor Momsen was released Wednesday afternoon from L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after battling a “severe, potentially life-threatening throat infection.
“I have been treating Miss Taylor Momsen for the last few days,” Momsen’s doctor, Shawn Nasseri, tells Usmagazine.com. “She has been hospitalized for a severe, potentially life-threatening throat infection since Sunday.
“She has been an excellent patient, and after aggressive antibiotics and medications, she is expected to make a full recovery in the next three to five days,” the doctor adds.
Momsen, 15, was in L.A. to take a school exam when she “woke up with a sore throat,” a source close to the actress tells Us.
“She thought it was just a common cold, but was advised to see an ear, nose and throat specialist before getting on a plane back to New York,” the source adds.
After discovering how serious the situation was, “her mom flew out to get her, and is flying back [to NYC] with Taylor this week.
“She’s in unbelievable spirits” despite the diagnosis, the source says.
On Wednesday night, the CW announced Momsen would be back to work by the end of the week.
“Taylor Momsen is a beloved member of our Gossip Girl cast and we are happy to report she is on the road to a speedy recovery,” the network said in a statement to Us. “We all look forward to her planned return to work on Friday.“
